Structure and Perfomance
Appliction: High pressure hydraulic oil lines used in the hydraulic system of multifunctional mining machinery and engineering machiner which use petroleum or water based hydraulic fluids.
Inner tube: Nitrile
Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire
Cover: Black Neoprene Blend (Thick cover)meets MT98 and GB/T 15907 flame resisitance
Application standards: MT98, GB/T3683.1 SN/R1AT
Working Temperature
Oil: -40° C to +100° C, Air: -30° C to 50° C, Water Emulsion under +80° C

Hydraulic hose structure: Braid hose consists of an inner tube of liquid resistant synthetic rubber, middle rubber layer, two braid wire reinforcements, and superior weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
Hydraulic hose application: High pressure hydraulic oil lines used in the hydraulic system of multifunctional mining machinery and engineering machinery which use petroleum or water based hydraulic fluids.
The general package of CE certificated high pressure hydraulic hose is plastic reel / woven bags / carton box/ pallet
